CRUX AI (“CRUX AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a joint venture incorporated in the State of California that provides AI-chip-enabled data center infrastructure and computing-as-a-service to business customers. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information in connection with our website located at crux.ai (the “Site”), our platform and services (the “Services”), and our business operations.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect from and about individuals, including our website visitors, business contacts at current and prospective customer organizations, employees and job applicants, and vendors and contractors. Because our Services are offered exclusively on a business-to-business (“B2B”) basis, this Privacy Policy does not address data that our customers process through our platform infrastructure.

CRUX AI does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. CRUX AI does not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

To the extent that our use of third-party analytics on our Site constitutes “sharing” of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA, you may opt out of such sharing as described in Section 7 below.
